SELF DEFENSE

is a countermeasure that involves defending the health and well-being of oneself from harm. The use of the right of self-defense as a legal justification for the use of force in times of danger is available in many jurisdictions, but the interpretation varies widely.

TINY PANDAS CLASS

Our Tiny Pandas class composed of ages to 3,4,5 years old students is an incentive program to earn stars to put on their uniforms. The purpose of this program is to encourage children to do chores around the house, do their homework, and interact kindly with siblings and school mates.

REGULAR CLASS

Our Regular class which composed of family oriented class so that parents, siblings or even partners in life can train together to develop more family bonding. It is always fun to do the same sports with the people you love as you share success and goals to be black belt one day.

MMA

DEMO TEAM

Composed of talented colored belts, junior black belts and senior black belts which perform the art into the next level. A synchronize poomse (patterns) with grace and power execution to properly interpret the art. It is also a skeet of self-defense and breaking wooden boards and bricks.

CLASS SCHEDULE

KYORUGI

Kyorugi means not only sparring but also a sort of real fighting. But in most cases it means the sparring or competition. The original implications of Kyorugi is to measure the opponents power with your own technique.

CHILDREN/JUNIOR CLASS

Our Children/Junior class which composed of grade school and high school students will help build confidence, increase self-discipline, learn self-defense, improve concentration and develop the "YES I CAN!" winning attitude.

ADULT CLASS

Senior Students increase mental and emotional strength, improved endurance and flexibility and a healthy option for stress relief with self defense skills. This class is design for real life scenario self defense, competition sparring, and the journey to their lifelong recognition as black belts.
